一、学情分析
三年级学生年龄在九到十岁,活泼好动,由外在学习动机向内在学习动机过渡,以兴趣学习为主。他们具有一定的英语学习基础且已养成较好的英语学习习惯,他们敢说、爱唱、喜表演,但是单词、句子的书写以及语音的掌握依然是三年级学生学习的重点。另外,由于三年级学生依然是以直观形象思维为主,抽象思维开始萌芽。所以在本单元教学中,教师创设有趣的教学情境,用直观图片、游戏、歌曲编创、视频欣赏、故事表演、思维导图等丰富多样的教学素材与教学手段吸引学生眼球,激发学生学习兴趣,引导学生爱学英语。
二、教材分析
本单元是《深圳版牛津英语》三年级下册Module2 Unit4 Animals in the zoo。学生在过去已经学习了不少关于动物的词汇,在本单元将继续学习动物园里的动物:其中很多动物单词在以前已经学过,达到听说读认的学习目标,学生在本课学习后,单词达到听说读写四会目标。如下图:

三、单元设计整体思路和依据
(一)设计依据
本单元设计依照《深圳市义务教育阶段小学英语“停课不停学”春季教材在线教学工作通知》的设计要求,进行单元整体教学设计,明确各课时授课内容、教学目标及重难点,厘清各课时课例间逻辑关系,由浅入深、循序渐进,体现单元整体设计的整体性与递进性。
(二)单元整体故事情节设计
主人公Koko是一个可爱的小女孩,她的爸爸Mr Guo是动物园管理员。这一天Koko和爸爸一起来动物园参观,Koko有机会认识了各种各样的动物,见识了动物有趣的一面(第一课时)。正好动物园正在举行十佳动物颁奖,获奖明星动物纷纷上台领奖并展示风采。Koko通过十佳动物评选加深了对动物的了解和喜欢(第二课时)。观看完十佳动物颁奖后,开心的Koko来到了猴山。这里正在举行精彩的舞台剧,Koko愈发喜欢动物园俏皮可爱的动物们(第三课时)。Koko的动物管理员工作即将结束,她决定为动物园的动物们制作精美的海报集,并把海报集送给了动物园管理处。爸爸Mr Guo看到Koko如此喜欢动物,也准备了一本动物小手册给Koko作为奖励(第四课时)。Koko回到家里,迫不及待地翻阅动物小手册,通过阅读,她了解了更多关于动物的知识,也更加喜爱动物了(第五课时)。
(三)各课时课型以及教材内容安排
Period 1: 新授课—— Learn the sounds & Look and learn教授目标单词:bear, elephant, lion, monkey, panda, tiger并突破单复数句型:It’s...They’re…。教师通过创设主人公和爸爸游览动物园的情景,呈现动物单词。用音形义学法指导以及歌谣编创帮助学生识记单词和区分单复数。
Period 2: 新授课——Learn the sounds & Listen and say & Tick and say教授重点句型: Do you like... Yes, I do. No, I don’t.以及I like ... 通过创设主人公观看动物明星秀的情景,引导学生进行对话练习,运用重点句型表达自己对不同动物的喜好。
Period 3: 新授课——Learn the sounds & Enjoy a story 故事教学:The old man and the monkey。在故事情境中学习、理解故事,用情境问题启发、培养学生发散性思维。通过学习激发学生对英语故事的喜爱。
Period 4: 单元语用提升课—— Draw and write 通过创设主人公为动物们制作海报的情景,运用思维导图的学法指导方式,帮助学生归纳描述动物特点的关键词:animal, feeling, look, food, ability,并教授学生如何综合运用第1-2课时的重点句型来为喜欢的动物制作海报。
Period 5: 单元文化拓展课——学习了解animals in the forest, animals in the sea以及animals in the sky。通过创设主人公阅读动物小手册的情景,帮助学生了解不同地域有代表性的动物以及特点。从而促使学生对大自然的动物产生浓厚的兴趣,并明白人与动物应该和平共处,共同营造美好家园。

◆ 能够读懂《老人和猴子》故事,并顺利复述故事。
◆ 能够至少用4个句子描写自己喜欢的动物。

教学内容:Unit4 Draw and write
教学目标:
能综合运用前三课时所学的语言知识,根据本节课归纳出来的5个关键词:animal,feeling,look,food,ability的提示,描述自己喜欢的动物及其习性特征。
能综合运用前三课时所学语言知识,借助本节课学法指导的思维导图,至少用4句话描写自己喜欢的动物及其特征。
在歌曲中巩固前三课时所学语言知识。
教学重点:
将动物的习性与特征归纳为关键词:animal,feeling,look,food,ability并帮助学生理解与运用这些关键词。
2. 将示范文本用思维导图的形式呈现,并帮助学生运用该学法指导完成4句以上的单元作文。
教学难点:(明确难点所在、因何而难、解决策略)
学生对于如何用4句以上的语言连贯且有逻辑性地描述自己喜欢的动物及其特征存在一定困难,本课运用归纳关键词的方式,让学生弄明白描述动物特征可以从animal,feeling,look,food,ability等方面去说。
本课中通过学法指导,教会学生运用思维导图的形式有逻辑性地描写自己喜欢的动物。本文中创设Koko为动物园里的动物们创作海报的情境,让学生在Koko思考如何制作海报到完成海报的情景中学习示范文本及思维导图形式,感知描述自己喜欢的动物及其特征的语言框架,最后输出运用。

Do you like the story 生(教师扮演学生):Wow. Koko likes the story, too. And she is very happy. What will she do next?Let’s have a look. 引出本课故事情节。
新知 识的 呈现 与归 纳 ①创设Koko制作动物海报的趣味性情境,能把枯燥的作文话题转化为孩子们感兴趣的形式,吸引三年级孩子的注意力。孩子们跟着Koko一起思考如何制作海报,并跟读文本,描述猴子,复习前三课时的核心句型。 ②学生在Koko制作的海报中学习作文示范文本。 学习范文中,先是播放文本录音,让学生跟读文本句子,初步感知学习内容。再出示示范文本全文,帮助学生归纳关键词,引导学生用连贯且具有逻辑性的语言思维去描述某种动物。 最后将示范文本的句子改编成歌谣[1],让学生边唱边巩固语言。 Step2 Presentation创设情境学习新课 ①创设Koko制作动物海报的情境 师:Koko wants to make posters for animals. But how to make a poster Let’s follow Koko. Please read after Koko. 师播放Koko思考制作海报的动画,引导生跟着老师复述描述猴子的文本。 Koko:I like monkeys. They are cute. Look at this monkey. Its ears are big. Its tail is long. It likes bananas. It can swing. 生(教师扮演学生):Look at this monkeys. Its ears are big. Its tail is long. It likes bananas. It can swing. ②师:Wow, you can talk about this monkey very well. And Koko knows how to make a poster now. Look, she is making a poster. Please listen and follow. (PPT播放Koko制作海报以及海报完成后的内容,这也是本课学习示范文本内容) 师引导学生跟读文本,并和教师再读文本,并帮助学生归纳关键词。 师:Now, Let’s read the poster with me together. 师:I like the monkeys. It’s about---animal. They are cute.It’s about---feeling. Its ears are big.Its tail is long. They are about---look. It likes bananas.It’s about ---food. It can swing. It’s about---ability. We can use these keywords to talk about any animal we like. 新知 巩固 与活 用 ①出示挖空文本,让学生听读完成所缺内容,扎实掌握本课教学重点。 教师在教授的时候,要不时地提示线上学生Listen!Follow!(倾听与跟读)同时,Koko不喜欢大象是因为第一课时大象喷水到她脸上了,非常符合小孩子的性格特点。 ②现场制作海报,巩固本课核心句型。 Step3 Practice and consolidation ①学法指导突破本课难点 播放Koko为另一只动物画海报的动画,并引导学生运用关键词补全海报文本,达到运用新知的目标。 Koko:Let’s make the next poster! 师:Koko wants to make the next poster.
