Because of the impact of the COVID- 19 epidemic, the Yellow River Stone Forest resort has suffered heavy losses last year. According to a notice issued by the Chinese Ministry of Education, no mobile phones are allowed in classrooms in primary and middle schools in order to protect students' eyesight, and to make sure they focus on
their studies and stop them from becoming addicted(沉迷于) to the Internet and online games. Teachers are asked not to use mobile phones to assign(布置) homework for students as well.
This decision has been widely supported by netizens in China. In fact, many other countries have already taken measures to control mobile phone usage among students.

Should students be allowed to bring
mobile phones to school
Now mobile phones are widely used by students. And many students bring their phones to school.
In my opinion, students can be allowed to bring phones to school, but they shouldn't keep phones themselves. Though phones are a helpful tool sometimes, they can also be a great distraction for students in class. Some of my classmates just can't control themselves well so they often miss something important in class.
While the notice can help a lot, students themselves should also make it clear that they should use them properly at the right time.
