Practice Fill in the blanks in 4a. Check the students’ answers. Practice the conversations with your partner . Circle the best advice for these health problems in 4b. Give your own advice for these health problems in groups . One student describes a problem . 讲授新课 Step III. PresentationThink about what accidents usually happen to us . When these accidents happen , do you know what to do Talk about it with your partner . Put the actions in order in 1a . Then check the answers by asking different students to read their answers Then make up a dialogue with your partner about how to deal with an accident like this : A: What’s the matter with you B: I cut myself A: You should run it under water , then put some medicine on it , finally put a bandage on i t. B:Thank you . Step IV listening We’ll hear some health problems or accidents and the treatments the them . Go over them in your head quickly . Then listen to the school nurse . Check the problems you hear in 1b. Listen again . Write the letter of each treatment next to the problems you checked in the chart in 1b . Listen and check. Check the students’ answers. Go over the expressions and try to memorize them. Step V Role-play Listen again . Try to repeat and retell it two or three times . Then role-play a conversation between the nurse and the teacher . Just like :A:Who came to your office today B: First , a boy came in . He hurt himself in P.E. class.
