1.by 介词:表方式,方法,手段:“由,靠,通过”,后面跟名词或动词-ing 形式。接交通工具时,名词前不用任何限定词。对斜体部分提问用How+一般疑问句?
Eg. We study English by working with a group.
提问:How do you study English?
How do you study English?-By ______(listen) to tapes.
2) This old man makes a living by ______(drive) a taxi. in,with也表示用,但in 是以…方式,用…语言(语调,笔墨,颜色等);
with以…工具、手段,接具体的手段和工具。
2.ask sb. for help 向某人请求、要某事
eg. Why don’t you ask him for his advice?
ask for sth. 要、求某事

3.. aloud , loud ,loudly 的区别
1)aloud 是副词,表示为使人能听见而发出声音
2)loud 常用做形容词
3)loudly 副词,可指人声、敲门声或其他各种声音高且不悦耳
4.too ……(for sb.)to do sth. 太……而不能…… 可与下列短语进行同义句转换: be not enough +adj. to do sth. / so… tha

At school many things happen to us. We may feel excited when we have success in a school play. We may feel sorry if we lose an important game. We want to keep the memory for the rest of our lives.
How to keep the memory? Our English teacher, Miss Wang, has taught us a good way of remembering things to make our own yearbook. What is a yearbook? A yearbook is a kind of book which is used to keep the memory of exciting moments. It’s usually made at the end of the year.
Last December, we began to make our yearbook. First we chose the persons who had done something special, then some students interviewed them, some wrote down their stories, other took photos of them. Everyone in our class had something to do. Finally our teacher helped us to put the things together. We had our first yearbook.
