(1)学生能在插图的帮助下理解故事的主要内容,朗读故事人物的对话。
(2)学生能听、说、认读关于星期的单词和活动的短语。
(3)运用句型On Monday I’ll go to swimming. / On ... I’ll ...表达自己一周的计划。

培养学生懂得安排时间,珍惜时间的良好习惯。
教学重点

教学流程
Step 1. Warming up and Revision
1. Greetings. (师生间进行简单的问候。)
2. Free talk.
教师通过提问,了解学生对星期的掌握情况,为新课学习铺垫。

Q2: What are the days in a week
教师鼓励学生尽量用英语回答,也可以用中文回答。
3.Listen and chant.
a.教读Monday、Tuesday、Wednesday、Thursday、Friday、Saturday、Sunday。
b.教师播放歌谣,学生先听一遍。
c.教师再次播放歌谣,学生跟唱。(根据情况决定播放歌谣的次数.)
d.学生集体齐唱一次,再分小组进行歌唱比赛。
Step 2. Presentation

师提问“Today is Monday and tomorrow is Tuesday.”第一个回答问题的学生说出下一个句子,其他同学抢答。
