通过展示家庭照片并介绍家庭成员，使学生感受家庭的温馨，激发学生爱家的情感。

重点：1.学生能听懂会说认读本课单词：China short tall
2.学生能理解并运用本课句型 My father /mother is a____。 He / she is —— 。
难点：1.student的发音
2.正确利用所句型介绍家人的职业与高矮。

教学过程
Step1. Greeting
Good morning , class. How are you Nice to see you!
Step2. Chant
First. Let′s chant together. Okay
Father, father, this is my father.
Mother, mother, this is my mother.
Brother, brother, this is my brother.
Sister, sister, this is my sister.
Family, family, I love my family..
(师生问候，共同说唱,复习上节课所学主要内容，营造良好的英语学习氛围，为新课的学习做好铺垫。)

Yes, it′s China (利用自然拼读法拼读China,试拼,听读,反拼写,音形义教学为一体)
Look at the first letter, is C a big letter or little letter Why C is a big letter. Because China is country name. Please read and remember 国家首字母要大写.If c is a little letter, china means 瓷器.

Tall and short
(1)Look at Li Ming’s father and mother, Li Ming’s father is tall. Li Ming’s mother is short.
拼读tall，并根据all的发音读出ball, call, wall
拼读short，并根据or的发音读出for
(2)出示图片练习tall和short，并了解short还有“短”的意思
