Unit 1 Fun Story教学设计及反思
一、教材分析
本课是小学英语(精通版)五年级上册第一单元后的一篇“Fun Story”。本篇以小故事的形式将第一单元的单词、句子以及语法点进行了总结。本故事以六幅图作为主线,讲述了学校中各种功能教室的课程和注意事项。
本课是一篇小故事,在充满趣味的情境中让学生体会了英语在不同环境中的表达,让学生在欢声笑语中对第一单元进行了很好的总结,同时进一步激发学生的学习兴趣,学以致用,培养了学生的综合语言运用能力。
二、学情分析
五年级学生有了一定的学习英语的基础,他们能够熟练运用现在科技进行学习,并且他们具备了一定的听说读写能力。本节课我将24人分成四个大组,让学生以小组为单位,利用微信进行学习与交流。
Teaching aims:
Have a revision about the language points of this unit.
Develop the students’ communicating skills and arouse their interests of reading and speaking.
Let the students know more about the school life and love our school.
Key points:
Know something about the rooms and lessons of our school, such as the meeting hall and having a meeting.
Difficult points:
Understand more details about rooms and lessons.
Teaching procedure:
Step Ⅰ Warming-up
Start the topic of school life and lead the line of this lesson:
Today we’ll talk about our school. (The phone rings suddenly.) Oh! It’s my phone. You all know my phone, right I have a WeChat message. Do you want to have a look
Show the chatting group and the chatting message to the whole class:
T: Look! This is my friend. I have a chatting group with my friends. There are seven members in our group. Our group is “We are family”. Oh, look at the message.
Purpose: To give the students a brief introduction about the main line, and let them know the topic of this lesson.
Step Ⅱ Presentation
Let the students talk with my friends in my chatting group.
1: What are you doing
I:I’m having an English lesson.
2: Yeah! We can have new friends!
I: What Do you want to know my students
1: Of course! I love friends!
I: OK1 Introduce yourself first.
Purpose: To use the WeChat group to make the students know something about my friends(the rooms of our school).
Show the picture of chatting group, and let the students have a whole view of my friends, and then introduce them one by one.
Art Club: Hello, everyone!I’m Art Club. Nice to meet you. You can draw and make here. Do you like me
Then show paintings and puppets to let them know more about the art club.
Language Lab: Hey!I have all kinds of English fun stories. You can have English lessons here. Do you know who I am?
Then let the students guess where is it
Library: Hello! People all say I’m handsome because books can make people beautiful and handsome. I have many books. I like quiet. Do you know me Please shout my name out!
Then let the students shout “library” out.
Show the video of a wonderful dance.
Music Club: Do you like this dance I like it very much. I’m club. You can sing and dance here.
Then show the picture of the music club.
Science Lab: Hi! I’m Science Lab. You can have science lessons here, but you should take care. Look!I have a gift for you.
Then show a video of a science experiment.
Meeting Hall: Sometimes I’m very big. I’m a place to have meetings and welcome the visitors. Do you know who I am
Then show the picture of meeting hall.
Watch the video of this lesson and read it.

5: I want to tell a story.

Play the video and read the story after the teacher.
Step Ⅲ Practice
1. Group Show:

2. Group 1 :Retell the story
Discuss the story in your group, and then retell the story according to the pictures.
Group 2: Act the story
Discuss the story in the group, and then act the story in different roles.
Group 3: Let’s chant
Discuss the story in the group, and then chant with the music.
Group 4: Introduce your school
Discuss the rooms in your school, and then introduce your school according to the video.

I: Thank you!
4: I love you, my dear friends. We are together every day. I hope you can have a happy school!
Purpose: To let the students to have the conscious of loving their own school life.
Step Ⅳ Homework:
Tell the story to your parents.
Read more English stories to have a better understanding of English.
教学反思
本课主要围绕学校里的各个功能教室和课程展开,根据学生对各个教师的熟悉和喜爱程度,我从课程活动手设计本节课的情景以及评价,微信群聊天的形式贯穿整节课,将本节课涉及的六个地点以拟人的方法设计成我们微信群:We are family!中的六个朋友,通过互相聊天认识的方式进行自我介绍,引出六个教室的课程以及功能。小组活动以学生的兴趣出发,在欢乐中输出语言。我较好地完成了本节课所设定的教学目标和教学内容,教学流程的设计依照英语新课标中所倡导的“任务型”教学原则。在各个教学活动的实施过程中,注重以学生为主体,以学生发展为前提。使学生通过体验、实践、参与、合作与交流习得语言。我认为最后的创造性活动是本节课的高潮,它培养了学生的创新精神、实践能力和英语表达能力,以及知识活学活用的能力。
在媒体的运用方面,我分别运用了微信语言聊天让学生积极的参与到课堂中来。这也进一步寄发了学生的学习热情。
在这节课的实施过程中,我也发现了一些需要调整和改正的地方。如:机械操练与灵活练习在一节课中所占用的比例问题。学生语言的输出需要反复的操练,一定要加大练习力度,让学生由机械转为灵活。再如:学生在教学活动中的参与度的问题等。有的学生由于一部分紧张原因,在小组活动环节中显得不够积极,应在课上积极做阻遏生情绪的输导工作,进一步激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生不知不觉的投入到课堂学习中来,都是需要我在今后的教学实践中应该改进的。
