深圳牛津版小学英语六年级下册第十单元Great storybooks
一、学情分析
本单元的授课对象是小学六年级下学期的学生,通过五年多较为系统的英语学习,学生已具备一定的语言知识储备和语言运用技能,他们能够对生活中某一话题展开讨论和发表意见,同时具备了一定的篇章阅读和图片提取信息的能力。
这个年龄段的学生喜欢阅读,并且题材广泛,从童话故事、寓言故事、科幻故事、侦探故事到历史故事等,对故事相关话题有着浓厚的兴趣。另一方面,孩子们抽象思维开始发展,能够进行逻辑推理,能表达对故事的评论和看法,同时有了独立思考能力和批判思维,他们知道自己喜欢什么书,喜欢或者讨厌哪个人物和表达原因。
在本单元学习之前,学生已学习了一般现在时、现在进行时和祈使句等语法知识。通过此前1BU12 A boy and a wolf, 2BU11 Book day, 3AU12 Three little pigs, 4BU12 The ugly duckling, 5BU4 Reading is fun等相关话题的讨论和学习,掌握了部分英语故事的名称和内容表达。六上Unit7 Seeing a film中学生接触过My favourite...is...It’s about...等句型,能够用这些句型简单介绍喜欢的书,能够用What is your favourite book What is the book about Why do you like it 等句型建议并询问他人的喜好及谈论原因。但作者名、主人公名以及内容简介等相关英语表达还需进行拓展和整合,在故事的概括和介绍方面需要老师予以进一步引导。
二、教材分析
本单元是《深圳牛津版小学英语》小学六年级下册第四模块Module 4 Things we enjoy中第十单元Unit 10 Great storybooks,其教学内容主要是学习经典著作并谈论自己最喜爱的书籍和故事。
在此之前学生已经学过了书里面的一些经典作品,例如:The ugly duckling,The emperor’s new clothes,但是学生对这些作品的作者、出处等相关英文知识缺乏了解。本单元Listen and say部分就介绍了经典名著Aesop’s Fables, Andersen’s Fairy Tales, Grimms’ Fairy Tales及其作者和书里的经典作品。Read a story部分通过欣赏Aesop’s Fables中原汁原味的英文故事The wind and the sun,体会寓言背后传达的道理。Do a survey部分同学互相分享最喜爱的故事,做成调查表格,最后汇报调查结果。Think and write练习书写自己最喜爱故事的介绍。Learn the sounds语音学习部分要求学生掌握一般疑问句和特殊疑问句的升降调规律。
三、单元设计思路和依据
以“好故事排行榜”为主题,介绍经典故事,用当下流行的方式进行好书好故事推荐,结合新旧句型整合整个单元的内容。

(1)了解掌握升降语调的基本知识,用正确的语调来朗读句子和短文;

(3)正确运用句子:What’s your favourite story What is the story about Who wrote this story 询问他人喜欢的书籍,以及作者和内容。

(1)能够理解故事大意,正确提取故事的名称、作者和主要内容;

(1) 能够通过调查了解学生们最喜爱的中国经典故事,提高语言的表达能力。

教学重点:

(2) 能够了解推荐自己喜爱的书的基本流程及方法。

教学难点:(明确难点所在、因何而难、解难策略)
难点:根据第三课时,学生们对读书卡进一步深入学习。除了扩写故事梗概,还需要加上大部人同学为什么喜欢这本书。
困难原因:根据上节课学的一句话梗概,扩写时需要添加什么信息,对学生来说有难度。
策略:通过语言引导和头脑风暴的方式,联系学生生活及情感体验,激发学生思考喜欢某故事的原因,帮助学生打开思考角度,以便整体输出

新知呈现与归纳 1.第一步:利用survey中一般疑问句、特殊疑问句和肯定句的句尾声调降调来学习何时尾音应上扬。 2. 第二步:根据上节课的采访,在难度上进一步深化,表格呈现关键信息,有意识地复习教学重点与本单元故事,引导学生用关键句型进行回答。 3. 第三步:提取关键信息 4.第四步:书写文本 1.Alice 和Peter的对话中,哪句是尾音上扬的,你能找到规律吗? 先让学生听、判断每句话的尾音上扬还是下落。接下来让学生暂停并找规律。最后总结:只有yes-or-no question(一般疑问句)是尾音上扬。 (结尾用升调) 2. Mark拿着自己组上节课的表格,决定增加部分信息后根据这个表格写作文(My favourite book- Journey to the West西游记): 3. 根据书的封面,提取title/writer/characters等信息。每个信息写成一句话。 再根据短视频/定格漫画的形式总结出Main idea 和Ending。 4.根据“My favourite story is _______________. ______ wrote the story.
