一般过去时的用法
结构:主语+动词(短语)过去式+表示过去的时间.
注意:than 不要写成then
例句:The monkey is shorter than the tiger.
这只猴子比这只老虎矮。
一般是在动词原形的词尾加-ed或-d构成

问答过去做了什么
结构:What did +主语+do+表示过去的时间?
例句:Zhang Peng watched TV yesterday.
张鹏昨天看电视了。
did 是助动词do的过去式,帮助构成疑问句
do 意为“做”,是实义动词
