现在进行时的运用：
探究 一：表示现在正在进行或发生的动作，常与表示此刻的时间状语连用，如now, at this time, at the moment等。
I am reading a newspaper now.
Listen! Your brother _______________ (sing) in his room.
探究 二：表示现阶段一直在进行的动作，而不一定是目前（谈话时）正在进行，常与表示现阶段的时间状语连用，如today, this week, this year 等
This summer he is helping Mr. Brown on the farm.

探究 三：现在进行时常与表示将来的时间状语连用。
此类用法的动词有：go, come, leave, arrive, start等
明天他会来。 He is arriving tomorrow.

动词现在分词的变化规则：
1. 一般在动词后面加 -ing。 2. 重读闭音节结尾，双写最后字母再加 –ing.
3. 以e结尾的，去掉e 再加 –ing.
