Step 1 Warm up

【设计意图：通过两个游戏，有利于唤起学生对旧知的记忆，为文本的学习做好铺垫。】
Step 2 Learn the new words
T: Look! The numbers are here. Guess, what’s this
S: (老师引导学生说)It’s a clock.
Teach: clock (hot—dog—not—lock— clock)
T: I can say “this clock”, what can you say
S: a red clock, a blue clock…
T: Today the red clock and the blue clock will have a race.
Step 3 Presentation
1.T:( 打鼾声)The clock is sleeping. What can you say
Ss: Don’t sleep.
T: We also can say “wake up”
Teach: wake (cake—make—wake)
2. (Haha, I’m OK. What time is it )
T: What time is it
S: One o’clock.

【设计意图：通过把数字摆成钟面的形式巧妙地引入了新知，然后唤醒钟，再到提问，由简到难，解决主要句型的学习。】

【设计意图：看动画有利于学生对故事的整体感知，通过找主人公和给图片排序的两个环节让学生对文本有所了解，接着逐幅图解决一些新单词，引导学生用完整的语言来描述。在学了两幅之后，第三、四两幅图鼓励学生自学。】
