make a difference 影响；有作用
e.g. It would make a big difference to my life. 这会对我的生活产生很大影响。
make it possible for sb. to do sth. “使得某人有可能……”
Your help makes it possible for him to succeed.
make＋宾语＋名词 “使……”。
We made him monitor.
make＋宾语＋形容词 “使……”
His words made me happy.
make＋宾语＋动词原形“让……做……”
He made me work ten hours a day.
Then one day last year，a friend of mine helped me out.
(1) a friend of mine相当于my friend，意思为“我的一个朋友”。例如：
Mike is a friend of mine. 迈克是我的一位朋友。
(2) help…out意思为“使…走出困境”。例如：
My English teacher helped me out. 我的英语老师帮我走出了困境.
Helpers about getting me a special trained dog.
train v. 训练；培训 training n. 训练；培训
e.g. I’m training myself for a race. 我正在为赛跑作训练。
Very hard training is necessary. 刻苦训练很必要。
I love animals and I was excited about the idea of having a dog.
be excited about的意思为“对……感到兴奋，激动”，同义词组为get excited about。
例如：
He is excited about the football match. 他对足球赛非常感兴趣。
be excited to do sth. 意思为“做某事很激动/兴奋”。
例如：My little brother is excited to go to the zoo to see the pandas. 我的小弟弟对去动物园看胸猫感到非常兴奋。
bring/take/carry/get
这四个词都表示“取，拿，运送”之意，但动作的方向和具体含义不同。
bring指把人或物从别处带到说话人所在的地方。
take指把人或物从说话人所在的地方带到别处去。
carry无方向性，含“负重”之意，一般指随身携带，如手提、肩扛等。
get指从说话者所在的地方到别处去把人或物带回来。
