He asks his friends Joy. Now listen to their dialogue. 1.词性不同。
take a bus是动词take +名词a bus构成的动宾短语。
by bus是介词by+名词bus构成的介宾短语。
2.用法不同。
take a bus (坐公共汽车;乘公车)因为是动词短语,在句子里可以做谓语、主语、状语、宾语、表语等等。
by bus (搭乘公共汽车)因为是介宾短语,在句子里只能做状语。
You should take a bus. (做谓语)你最好坐公共汽车。
I got there by bus. (状语)我搭公车去那儿。
I often take a bus to go to school.=I often go to school by bus.
3.take a bus中间的a不能省略; by bus中间不能有任何冠词。

How can I get there 我怎样能到达那里?
1.用法:该句是一个由how引导的特殊疑问句, 用于问路。how意为“怎样”, 用来询问做事情的方式, 位于句首, 引导特殊疑问句。疑问词+can+主语+get there
get后面如果是接地点名词, 则要加上to。即 How can sb get to +地点名词。本句中, 因为there是副词, 所以省略了to.
2.can是情态动词, 意为“能;能够”, 后跟动词原形。
3.get to+地点名词/get+地点副词, 表示“到达某地”。
常用句型是:How can I/we get (to)... 我/我们怎么到……
E.g.:—How can I get to the bookshop 我怎样能到书店?
