M9U2 I’m going to be a driver.
一. 教学目标与要求
  1. 知识与能力目标
  本单元重点学习谈论自己的理想。学生能够学会练说What are you going to be?I’m going to be a driver. I’m going to be a doctor.能够复习、结合句子综合练说pilot,nurse, teacher, train driver, taxi driver, bus driver, doctor, policeman; 学生能够运用本课的,语句练说将来的职业。
  2. 情感态度目标
  通过本课的学习,初步了解各行各业对社会的重要作用,培养学生有一个正确的理性观价值观,做一个有目标、有理想的好少年;肯定孩子乐于助人的行为,培养良好的行为。
  二. 教学重点及难点
  1.能够理解运用What are you going to be?提问并且用I’m going to be…句型回答描述将来自己的理想职业。
  2.在本文的学习与练习中,拓展练说He/She’s going to be…。
  3.在第一单元练说的基础上,进一步练说将来的活动及状态。
   三.课前准备
  半身职业图片,表示职业的单词卡片,采访表格,学生活动用书。
  四.教学过程
  Step1 Warm up
1.Whole Ss read M9U1, and then ask : What is Daming/Sam/Amy going to do? It’s going to be Sports Day? What are you going to do? It’s going to be New Year. What are you going to do?
2. Say hello to the policeman and policewoman. Now G1 is the policeman, G2 is the policewoman. Who can arrest the robber who can get 30 points. Policeman can protect the good people, arrest the bad people. It’s so great. Policeman, policewoman, what else career do you know?
3. Group work. Ss think about the words as many as they can. Then two groups say the words in turn in three seconds. T. Judges who can have 30 minutes.
4. Ss learn train driver, taxi driver, bus driver.
5. T. shows the pictures about the career. Ss do the actions, T. guesses the answer depend on the action(drive the car, teach Ss, arrest the bad guys, put on the schoolbag). Who can do it exactly who can get the points. Then T. sticks the picture on the blackboard. T. Points to the picture and read together with T. Then T. Points to any one of the pictures, Ss should say the word as fast as they can.
6. Whose father or mother is a teacher/nurse/ ……? T. praise the career is meaningful.( Wow, it’s so great. The nurse can give the pills give the injection. The ills feel good. The teacher can teach lots of Ss and help the Ss to grow up.)
Step2 Presentation and extension
Lingling, Dming and Sam are talking about the jobs?Here comes Lingling’s father? Say hello to him. Now let’s listen to the recorder-What is he? T. tries to stick the mask to help Ss to understand the meaning of this sentence.(Ss listen to the recorder then T. calls two Ss come to the front to stick the mask to the right body)
Wow, he is a driver. He is so great. He can drive me home, drive you to school, he can help lots of people. Sam and Daming are pupils. They have got dreams. What are they going to be? Let’s listen again.(Ss listen to the tape, then stick the masks to the right body)
Mmm, Sam says:” I am going to be a driver.” Good choice. Read after me. Be, Be 成为. Daming says:” I am going to be a doctor.” Sounds good. Stomach ache, headache, cold. The doctor can help a lot of people. Now Let us change these sentences.(T. rubs the driver in the topic out. Then ask Ss to find out the word T. says and pass the card one by one from the first one to the last one, then the last one should stick the word on the blackboard. T. will check the answer, and ask Ss to read the whole sentence together.
T sticks the word of jobs and ask:” What are you going to be?”Ss read the sentence out.
Now let’s back to the tape, listen and repeat. Ss repeat after the tape.
Then Ss open the book and read it together.
Ask Ss to close the book. What is Daming/Sam going to be? Daming/ Sam/He is going to be a……. What about you? What are you going to be?(T. Stick the sentence and read it with Ss) Then show the wrong sentence, and ask Ss to correct it.
Step3 Practise
T. asks Ss:” What are you going to be?” Ask whole Ss to ask the question.Ss talk about their dream with” I am going to be a_______? T. praises their dream just like: Wow, it’s lovely. It can help the children and so on.
Now tell your dream in the group: I am going to be a__________.
T. takes out the questionnaire and ask Ss the question:” What are you going to be?” T ticks and say:” He/ She is going to be a____.” Then ask Ss go to ask any one in the classroom.
Let Ss to show their questionnaire. The S. on the table should stand up, and another S. introduce his dream. T. sticks the Sentences He/ She is going to be a_____________.on the blackboard.
Step4 Summary
1.It’s wonderful that you all have got beautiful dreams. If you can work hard, you can make it.
  问学生总结今天学到了什么;请学生用学过的句子说理想职业,并领读黑板上的句子,通过总结给学生渗透要为自己的理想,有目标有计划的努力,培养积极进取的思想。
  Step5 Homework
  1. 听读本课的课文,和同学说一说自己的理想职业。
  2. 搜集其他职业的说法
