Stage 1： Revision
Revise adverbial clause of time by making some sentences of when and while.

Stage 2: Lead-in
(1) Show the sentence, “East or west, home is the best,” to students and lead in the directions. (2) Let students guess, “Where is the east in the classroom ”
Stage 3：Learn some new words and a structure.
(1)According to the picture, read and learn some new words about directions.

(2)Show the map of china to practice the structure “in/to/on+…+of…”
