Learning aims
1．掌握四会句子：I want to buy the new film magazine .What did you do last weekend Did you see a film No, I had a cold .I stayed at home all weekend and slept.并能在实际情境中运用。
2.能听说认读单词：magazine、better、faster.
3.能够完成Let's try部分听录音选出正确答案。
Important &difficult points
1.重点：掌握四会句型, 流利朗读Let's talk 部分中对话.
2.难点：magazine的发音。
Teaching steps:
Step1 : Warming-up
1.Let’s have a brainstorm: Go over the old phrases: had… did…played… Eg:T:have S:had ,had a cold ,I had a cold.
2.Guessing game:Did you ________ Yes, I did./No, I didn’t.
S1 act and the others guess.
T:They are much easier, I prepare some phrases. Ss guess the phrases hardily.
Step 2. Presentation
Learn Let’s talk
1.Ss guess the phrase:read a magazine. Teach:magazine. Film magazines.show many pictures and teach the magazines, they talk about a lot of new films.they are interesting.
2.What did Miss Wang do last weekend
I marked papers and had a neck ache and headache, you should say to me:I’m sorry.
Then I saw a doctor and was kneaded. so I feel better now. you should say to me:I’m happy.
3.How did I go to see a doctor on foot or by car
Ss guess: by car. Because it’s faster than walking.
4.What about John and Amy look and answer:where are they
Ss try to answer:at the bus stop.
listen and answer the questions:
Where are they going
What are you going to buy
How are you going there Why
5.check the answers.
6.watch and answer.
Play the video and find out the answers.
Step 3. Practice
1.listen and repeat.
2.notice the intonation. falling tone and rising tone..read-through.
3.Role play.
Step 4. consolidation and Extension
1.Fill in the blanks.
2.Retell the story.
