教材分析：
本课是陕西旅游出版社出版的五年级英语下册Unit4 He Lives in a Village，第二课时内容，本课围绕人的居住环境而交流，易于理解，教师通过创设真实情景提高学生的语言兴趣，培养语言表达的能力，同时让同学们感受家的概念，热爱自己的家庭，热爱自己的母校，热爱自己的国家的高尚情操。
教学目标 知识目标：能听懂，理解,运用句型：Is it ... Yes ,it is . No ,it isn’t DO you ... Yes ,I do . No ,I don’t .2.能听懂，理解：It’s really a beautiful village.的含义及用法.3.通过学习能运用自己的语言描述某地。如：校园能力目标：1.通过学习能理解，运用一般现在时的一般疑问句的肯定回答及否定回答。能运用自己语言描述某地的环境。情感目标：激发学生学习英语的兴趣。培养学生爱家，爱校，爱国的高尚情操。
教学重难点 重点句型：Is it ... Yes ,it is . No ,it isn’t DO you ... Yes ,I do . No ,I don’t .It’s really a beautiful village.重点语法知识：含有一般现在时的一般疑问句的肯定，否定回答。难点：能够自主描述某地的环境。

教学反思 本节课围绕乡村环境而展开，我通过利用卡片，构建乡村美景，复习了单词如：tree ,bird ,snake ,river 等，并运用含有 be 动词的一般疑问句进行询问，使学生更直观的理解重点句型同时加深对乡村的认识。 我通过，听，说，读，练，层层深入的教学模式，使学生易于理解，激发学生张口说英语的好习惯。本节课学生积极踊跃的发言，能流利，准确的对话，大大提高了英语的思维模式，练习英语的发音及语调。 再通过解读文本，引导学生能以句拓篇，提高英语的综合运用能力，本节课有优点也有不足。 不足之处表现在：1）时间的掌控不够精确，有前松后紧的现象，所以在以后教学中要树立时间观念，做到游刃有余。2）教学内容较满。知识点有点多，所以在以后教学中一定要做到因材施教，且不可操之过急，稳中求进，给孩子以信心。3）提高自身的英语素养，做孩子的榜样。 通过本节课使我深刻的体会到，台上一分钟台下十年功的不易，所以在以后的教学中，要做到认真备课，因材施教，争取有所进步。
