It is very necessary to keep healthy at home. First, keep your home clean. Regularly open your windows and keep the air fresh. Second, you’d better use separate towels and hang them in dry and ventilated places. Third, always wash your hands after coming back from outside, before eating and after going to the toilet, before and after touching your eyes, after handling animals and contacting with patients. Fourth, make sure to cook your food thoroughly and eat a balanced diet. Fifth, do proper exercises to boost your immunity.
