The Sun heats the water.

Vapour cools and forms drops of water.
Water in the sea
Water becomes vapour.
Water forms clouds.
Rain falls
First, the Sun heats the water in the sea. The water becomes vapour and rises from the sea. Then, more and more vapour forms in the air and makes clouds. When the vapours cools, it becomes small drops of water. Next, the small drops of water become too heavy to stay in the air. Finally, rain falls.
