Strategy learning 5 minutes Find the problems Ls have in vocabulary learning. T tells Ls how to deal with other words in the word box on Page 44 of the textbook. T tells Ls there is a very important and useful way to deal with them: Divide the words in the text into 3 different types: Word to use, words to understand, and words to forget. Ls listen. Strategy experiencing and task completing 10 minutes Help learners get to know 3 ways to deal with new words in texts or reading passages and learn how to use them. Help learners become aware of usefulness and help of learning strategies. T encourages Ls to read the text again and tick out the words they need to use to describe cultural relics, and then tick out those they need to learn to understand. Ls read the text and experience the strategies. Ls become aware of using the strategies. Blackboard
