教学目标
1、知识与技能
能够听、说、读词汇:brother, sister, grandfather (grandpa), grandmother (grandma)并能正确的运用在句子中。
能用所学的词汇与句型“This is ...”来介绍家人;能运用猜测并回答询问他人身份的句型“—Is he/she your ... —Yes, he/she is./No, he/she isn’t.”
2、过程与方法
能够听、说、认读句型:Who’s that woman She’s a new teacher.并能够在具体的语境中灵活运用。
3、情感态度与价值观
培养学生爱家、关心家人的情感。
4、教学重点、难点:
掌握三会单词和句子:能够听、说、读词汇:brother, sister, grandfather(grandpa), grandmother (grandma)
能够理解和运用句型:Who’s that woman She’s a teacher.以及对于两会词new的理解和运用。
5、课前准备:PPT、教学设计
教学过程
一 导入
Enjoy a song < I love my family >
解释“family”的含义
(设计意图:与学生进行日常会话,进行热身.并引入情景.)
二 新课呈现
Step 1: Warm up
出示小动物的图片,选择:______ is my family.
出示Sarah一家。Look at my family.
复习巩固 father, mother and me.
Step2: Presentation
New words(新单词)
教师出示Mike一家的照片:Look at my family. This is my grandmother.
  教授新单词grandmother , 教师带读,学生个别读.
教师分别出示father, mother的图片,问学生:Who’s that man (woman) 引导学生说出:He’s Mike’s father (dad). She’s Mike’s mother (mum).并把图片贴到黑板上。
出示单词卡,让学生认读father, mother, mum,让学生把这些单词卡贴到黑板上相应的图片下。
教师:There are 4 people in Mike’s family, too. Do you know who are they 可先让学生猜,再出示图片教读单词:grandfather (grandpa), grandmother(grandma), brother, sister, 并把图片贴到黑板上,形成family tree
注:教师向学生说明grandpa, grandma多用于口语中。brother, sister不是本课内容,稍带即可。
教师出示单词卡,让学生先试着把单词grandfather (grandpa), grandmother (grandma), brother, sister贴到相应的图片下,再教读单词。
(设计意图:首先学习新单词,以便于在后面的句型学习中学以致用,单词卡片集图片、动画、声音于一体,图文并茂,更能激发学生的学习兴趣)
Step 2: Let’s chant
The man is the father, tall ,tall ,tall
The woman is the mother, not so tall.
That’s the son ,small small small
They are a family, one and all
Make your own chant.
(设计意图:这一版块的内容是对本课所学知识的一个巩固环节。这种全身反应活动让学生在有节奏的鼓点中边听边做,大大增加了孩子们的参与热情和学习积极性。)
Step 4: Practice
播放Let’s learn部分的录音三遍,学生跟读,模仿语音、语调。给学生五分钟自己练习读单词与句子。
教师随意不按顺序指着黑板上的单词,学生齐声读出单词。教师点几名学生起来读单词。
游戏一:Look and match
A happy family , 对人物称谓进行介绍。
游戏二:抢答,一一对应
教师利用课件展示卡通人物,学生看图做介绍。
(设计意图:用 熟悉的人物来操练句型,让学生自己根据已有知识推测,启发他们思考,这样既让学生养成勤于动脑的好习惯,有能让学的知识印象更深,不易遗忘。)
Step 6:Group work
让学生小组讨论,然后仿照Mike的例子介绍自己的家庭成员。
(设计意图:看图让学生两人一组进行问答,然后汇报,大大增加了学生的参与度,提高了课堂效率。)
Step7 : Summary
(听、说、认读)词汇:
brother, grandmother, grandma,
grandfather, grandpa
句子:
This is my family.
This is my grandmother/grandfather...
(设计意图:让学生对本课所学做个小结。教师也可以了解本课目标是否达成。)
Step 6:Homework
教学反思:
这课的内容是小学三年级下册第二单元中介绍家庭成员的内容,本课是功能型的交际型的交际训练课,我借助“任务型”教学采用多样化的教学手段将听、说、玩、演、唱溶于一体,激发学生学习英语的兴趣和愿望,使学生通过合作学习体验荣誉感和成就感从而树立自信心,发展自主学习的能力,形成初步用英语进行简单日常交际的能力。
