Step1 Warm-up/Revision Sing a chant 播放Unit 1&2 Let’s chant的录音(引出元音字母i 生一边拍手一边聆听ABC歌谣 根据录音，独自思考字母 3 利用歌谣进行引入，可以激发孩子的兴趣，并培养孩子肚子思考的能力
Step2 Presentation 1、Let's guess It’s fat.It has a big body and a short tail .（pig） 呈现单词并询问：What’s the same letter and same sound 引出字母及发音Ii/i/ Read and listen 播放Listen，repeat and chant. 播放Listen and write.部分的录音. 生根据教师描述，独自猜测，从而引出单词pig 小组合作：互相讨论出相同字母的发音，从而得出结论。3. (学生先自行朗读单词、再播放录音、最后核查答案） 18 通过游戏引入，达到寓教于乐的效果，加深学生对本节课新学单词和句型的印象。
Step3 Consolidation 1、Let's practice e.g.:hit 2、扩展i_e[ai ]i发字母本身的音，e不发音。 E.g.:kite, five, bike,Mike 1. 小组合作：生结合旧知+新知，小组进行操练，拼出单词：hit 生先自主思考i和ie的发音，教师再补充 10 通过合作，能很好的加强小组合作意识、锻炼学生拼读单词的能力
Step4 Practice: 1. Read a story and find out the words with i. 2. Check and follow. Ss read a story and find out the words. 6 学生在轻松有趣氛围中巩固对i发音方面的学习。
