Peter asks if he can do four things. Peter问爸爸,他是否可以做四件事。(if引导宾语从句,用陈述语气。)
2) have to 不得不,接动词原形,如,I have to do my homework first.
3) need 需要,有必要。肯定句中常用need to + 动词原形,疑问和否定句中,表示情态意义,意为“有必要”。
