Star Student of the Week
Li Yue has been awarded the title of “Star Student of the Week” for what she did for our class. On the hot afternoon of last Saturday, Li Yue went downtown and walked from one store to another, looking for the costumes we would wear in the singing contest.
While the rest of us were enjoying our leisure time in cool and comfortable rooms, she spent the whole afternoon searching and selecting. Finally, she found the right clothes.

In order to protect the A river, an activity whose purpose was to plant trees was carried out by plenty of students as well as some foreign teachers along the A river on Tree-planting Day.
What most surprised me was that there were foreign teachers and students planting trees together. Some were digging holes, while others were putting saplings into the holes. Having planted some trees, they smiled. Besides, a hard-working mother with her son planted trees happily,
which left me a deep impression./set us a good example.
As we know, it is the environment that is getting worse . Therefore, it’s high time that we should be aware of the terrible situation . Thus, I attach great importance to taking steps to protect our home. And only by putting it into practice can the earth grow more beautiful.
