② Books open.跟读对话,然后回答问题。(问题:What did John do last weekend Did John help his grandparents clean their room )
③ 齐读、大组读、同桌读、找同学表演读。
④ 填空练习:John: What ____ you do last ______
Wu: I ______football. How about you
John: I ________ my grandparents.
Wu: _____you help them clean their room

⑤ 读句子What did you do last weekend I played football.生拼读,师范写。
⑥ 生练习书写四会句型。
8.同桌互做书上的替换练习。(师先做示范,接着同桌练习,然后找同学演示) (设计思路:由于上面活动的开展、铺垫,学生已熟练掌握了“What did you do last weekend I played football.”句型,Talk的教学就迎刃而解。flash的形式呈现,既有趣,又直观,容易理解。学生通过听、看、说、读、找、练、演、写,培养学生的观察、分析能力,更加深了学生对动词的一般过去时的印象,同时帮助学生掌握了正确规范的书写,为将来进一步的学习做了很好的铺垫.)
Step6: Consolidation and extension
Activity 1: Let’s find out. (设计思路: 为生搭建一个展示所学的平台,进一步训练了学生听、说英语的交际能力,继续巩固所学知识,拓展思维。)
Activity 2:Make and act the new chants.(设计思路:结合课文重点句型编演歌谣,一方面巩固新知识内化为能力,另一方面培养了学生的创新精神。并让学生以轻松愉快的心情结束一节课的任务。)
Step 7: Homework
1.听、读Let’s talk,抄写本课四会句子。
2. 创编对话:与同学、朋友说说上个周末的活动。

课后反思
本课时是学生第一次接触过去时的表达方式,在复习环节要用学过的词组引出新词组,用歌曲引出句子。在新授环节,为了让学生更好的掌握一个新的时态——一般过去时,引导学生通过观察、发现、推测、归纳等方式理解动词过去
时的构成规律。 最后为了巩固所学,再次将chant 改编,希望通过反复的吟唱来加深对所学内容的理解
