used to and be used to She was very fat.She is quite slim.She used to be very fat, but she is quite slim now.The changes in my life: I used to have breakfast at 8:00a.m. every day, but now I have breakfast at 6:30.

For example:

She used to be blind (but she is not blind now).Remember: used to+ do

2) The teachers are used to drinking some water after class.‘Be used to’ has a different meaning from ‘used to’. We often use ‘be used to’ to talk about something we have done regularly for a long time. We put it before a noun (phrase) or an ‘ing’ form a verb.(be used to 和used to 是不同的意义,我们用前者来谈论一件我们长时间习惯于做的动作。后面跟名词，名词短语或动名词形式)
For example:
Dr Ma is used to working on the ORBIS plane.
Dr Ma is used to his new job as an ORBIS doctor. B. be used toRemember:

“对...已感到习惯，或习惯于” to 是介词，后需加名词,名词性短语或动名词。

Eg. 1. Tom is used to his life in China.
2. She is used to taking a walk.
