2、能够听、说、认读本课时主要句型:It’s …o’clock .It’s time for …/It’s time to…;能理解Hurry up! I’m ready .等单词和短句。
3、能够在教师的帮助和录音带的带读下朗读对话。
4、能够较好地完成Let’s play中的练习。
5、能够比较熟练地吟唱本单元的歌谣。
教学重点:
1、听、说、认读本课时主要句型:It’s …o’clock .It’s time for …/It’s time to…;
完成Let’s play中的练习。
教学难点:
1.It’s time to….与It’s time for….,两个句子都可以表示:“到……的时候了。”“该……”,他们的区别在于:
(1)It’s time to +动词原形,如:It’s time to go home.到回家的时间了。
(2)It’s time for+名词,如:It’s time for school.到上学的时间了。

教学步骤
一,Warm-up
1, Sing the song together: It’s twelve o’clock .
2, Review the words and phrases learned in Unit 2 Part A: English class, music class .go home, breakfast, lunch . Then the students make sentences using the five words and phrases. Choose the different one from the five.
3, The students have a summary It’s time for+名词、 It’s time to +动词。
4, Students make sentences using It’s time to / for ...
二, Lead-in
1, Listening practice : The students listen to a passage My day . Then they guess Who’s speaking ( Xia Yongqing } Xia Yongqing is one in this class and his mother is our art teacher .
2, PPT shows Xia Yongqing’s day : get up , have breakfast, go to school, have English class, go home and go to bed. Making the students clear Hurry up ! Breakfast’s ready . I’m ready !
三, Practice
1, Using Xia Yongqing’s time table ,Teacher asks and answers with Xia Yongqing, What time is it It’s... It’s time to / for...
2, The students practise in pairs ,using their own timetables prepared before the class, What time is it It’s... It’s time to / for... .
四, Let’s talk
1, The students look at the pictures on Page17 ,try to answer the questions, Who are they Where are they What time is it What class is it
2, Listen to the tape and check the answers.
3, Once again , the students listen and repeat .
4, Read the dialogue by themselves .
5, Practise the dialogue in different forms in groups , such as Read it sentence by sentence , Practise it in roles, Read together and the teamleader leads his members to read this dialogue .
四 ,Consolidation
A game Golden Eggs
Ask one student to choose one number from the six, read the word and say the associated sentence in the dialogue learned today .
Put the six sentences in order to form the dialogue .
五, Extension
Designing lines
The students look at the two pictures and design different lines.
Homework
Read and recite the dialogue.
Design the weekend’s timetable.
