How to write biography.
Teaching aims:

Step 4 . Writing.
1. After all the above steps, the students have a general idea of a good composition, then show them the task again and let the students finish the writing.

Last week, I am very lucky to interview a foreign volunteer teaching in rural China, Eckart Loewe, talking about his way of volunteering. Eckart Loewe, born in Hamburg, Germany in 1968, began to love the countryside of Guangxi after 3-month tour (3 months’ tour)in China in the summer of 1990. Since 1999, he has been a volunteer teacher in a village there. During teaching in China, he finds that Chinese parents always pay attention to their children’s grades, but ignore their natures and interests. In his opinion, if a person lives only for others’ ideas, he will never find the direction and power of himself.

Teaching reflexion:
本节课关于人物介绍的写作课,条理清楚,讲解清晰,板书工整。让学生对于人物写作的基本结构,相关词汇和句型有了很好的掌握,但是本节课容量挺大,学生基础不扎实,对于写作技巧中复合句和特殊句型的使用不易掌握。今后应该多加写作训练和该方面句子的写作讲解。
