1. Greeting with students
T: Good morning, boys and girls..
Ss: Good morning, Miss Huang.
T: Sit down, please.
Ss: Thank you.
Watch a video about clothes. And ask students what’s the video about. In this way students can review clothes they learnt in unit 5.
Step II Presentation and practice
1.OK,now look at this picture. T:What’s the weather like
Ss: It’s rainy.
T:What do you need on rainy days
Ss: 雨伞/ umbrella
Then teach the word umbrella. Ask students to write follow me. Look at the picture to complete the sentence. The ____is nice.
Use the same way to teach words sunglasses, gloves, scarf.
Choose one picture and say
Now, let’s go shopping. Where is John now He is in the shop. What does John want to buy OK let’s listen, and later tell me the answer.
Look at the picture,and make a conversation. One is assistant, one is customer.
Make a new conversation. Work in pairs.
Open your book, turn to page plete and say. What do you want to wear on hot days And what do you want to wear on cold days. Choose these clothes write here. Give students 4 mins. Later ask students to report.
