一、 方法指导
电子邮件属于较为常用的应用文体,在我们的日常生活中运用非常广泛,在商务往来、日常问候、信息留言等方面都有十分重要的运用。电子邮件是一个比较笼统的概念,实际的写作要根据要求来组织语言,我们在搭好框架的前提下将要表达的内容书写清楚。
【基本框架】
1. 开头(beginning):邮件的开头通常开门见山地陈述写这封邮件的目的;
2. 主体(body):主体部分主要围绕写这封邮件的目的展开的论述,比如写这封邮件的目的是为了申请一份工作,那么主体部分就要重点围绕你申请这份工作的理由,你的优势是什么等等;
3. 结尾(ending):结尾部分对整个邮件做一个总结,或表示感谢之类的话。
