2学情分析
本课是六年级下册 Unit 4 Then and Now B 的 Let's talk.本课是一般现在时和一般过去时的综合应用,孩子对一般现在时已经很熟悉了,在第三单元的时候也接触了一般过去时,本课学起来应该比较容易,只是由于班级人多,在练习的时候有些局限。

教学重难点
1.重点:能听、说、读、写句子:Before,1 was quiet. Now,I-m very active in class.1 was short,so I couldn't ride my bike well. Now,I go cycling every day.并能在实际的情境中运用。
2.难点:掌握different的发音。

1.Play a game:
活动方式:教师出示几个单词,让学生说出同类词:tall, red, summer. go swimming ,play football ,cook dinner….

Mike’s friends are visiting his home. Listen and circle.
(1)学生朗读B.Let's try中呈现的问题和选项。
(2)教师播放B.Let's try的录音,学生听完录音后勾出正确的选项。
(3)全班校对答案。

a. Watch the video and answer:
1、 How did Mike change
b. Read and repeat. And pay attention to the sentences: We are all different now.
c. Read and answer the question: How did John change
d. Read in pairs and act out.

活动方式:学生自己组织一段话来谈谈家人和朋友的变化。如:

学生先四人一组交流各自的表述,最后教师请一些学生上台交流。
