Hesitation
When you are speaking, you often need some time to think about what you want to say and so there may be a few moments of silence before you say something. This is called hesitating. Try some of these expressions. Not all of them are real words!
Er…, Umm…, Humm…, The (lengthen the “e” at the end to an “ee” sound), A…(lengthen “a” to an “ayee” sound). The thing is…, It sees to me…, In my opinion…, I er… think that…, Well,… Maybe…, Let’s see…

Useful ideas
Space travel is too dangerous. The human body is not designed for zero gravity.
People will never be able to travel to other planets because it takes so long to get there. So it’s a waste of money sending space probes into space.
There must be life on other planets — we can’t be the only living creatures in the whole universe.
I’m sure that one day there will be holidays to the moon — or even further, to other planets. I’d love to be a “space tourist”!
