1) Which of the sentences are written in
correct English
They are all correct for the people using them, though they may not strictly grammatically correct in terms of mainstream British or American English.
2) How important is it to speak correct English
It is important to speak English well enough for other people to understand you. This means that your language should not have extremes of pronunciation or oddities of structure which prevent comprehension. Mutual intelligibility is the general aim.
3) Why is English spoken all over the world
Because of historical factors, such as the British Empire, the domination of America in world trade, the influence of UK and USA popular music and American films.
