The internet has changed the world.People are able to connect and share information in second.However,the internet has advantages and disadvantages.
The 2nd passage:
Some of the advantages are truly wonderful.In many ways it makes life easier and simpler.It helps us get things done more quickly.It opened up the world to us.And if a friend lives far away,the internet makes it easy to stay in touch.
The 3rd passage:
But every coin has two sides.Some of the disadvantages can become real problem if we don’t take care.spending too much time on line is harmful to people’s health.It may even cause them to be less social with family and friends.Aside from that,some people attack the web or use the internet to steal others’s personal information,even banking information.
The 4th passage:
The internet can be a useful tool, but don’t let it take up all of your time.Use the internet properly and carefully and it can make your life more colourful.
4.Discussion.(Have the students read the lesson and discuss and try to find the answer of the advantage and disadvantage of the internet according to the lesson .)
Advantages of the internet:
1. In many ways it makes life easier and simpler.
2.It helps us get things done more quickly.

Disadvantages of the internet:
1.Spending too much time on line is harmful to people’s health.
