逆读法， 即分钟数+小时数，先读分钟再读小时。
1.当分钟数≤30分钟，分钟数 +past(过）+小时数， 翻译为：几点过几分。
如：6:20→twenty past six
7:15→fifteen past seven 或 a quarter （15分钟即一刻钟）past seven .
分钟数是 30分钟时用“half”，如：9:30 →half past nine
2. 当分钟数≥30分钟，就用一小时的60分钟-分钟数 +to +（钟点数 +1），翻译为：几点差几分
（60分-分钟数）to (钟点数+1)

B:It’s twenty to（差）three.（三点差20分钟）↓
60分-40分=20分
A:What time is it = What’s the time
B:It’s five to three.（3点差5分）.
