一、教学内容：
PEP小学英语四年级下学期Unit2 What time is it Part A Let’s learn部分，本课时主要内容是学习时间的表达法以及不同时间进行的日常活动。主要单词music class. P.E.class. English class. breakfast. lunch. dinner和主要句型What time is it？It’s…o’clock. It’s time for …
二、教学目标与要求
（1）能用英语询问时间并说出这个时间该做的事情。
（2）能正确认识本节课的单词和短语breakfast, lunch,dinner,English class,music class, PE class.
（3）能掌握句型It’s …o’clock.It’s time for...(几点 了，该干某事的时候了)
(4 ) 情感教育：珍惜时间，努力学习。
三、教学重、难点分析
1、本课时需要重点掌握有关学生日常活动的六个词组。
2、本课时难点是对句型What time is it It’s … o’clock. It’s time for…的理解和运用。
四、课前准备
1、教师准备一个钟面
2、学生四人一组准备一个钟面
3、多媒体课件
五、教学设计（Teaching steps）
Step 1： Warm-up
Sing a song:《ten little candles dance》（活跃课堂气氛）
Review the numbers.
设计意图：上课开始，我组织学生唱英文歌曲，激发学生的学习兴趣。富有韵律的节奏吸引了学生的注意力，歌词中的数字为新授知识It’...o’clock 做铺垫，Go to the English class. Play games 更使整堂课以轻松活泼的形式开始。
Step 2： Presentation
Let’s guess(猜谜语导入新课）
T: It has a round face ,It has three hands but no foot,It can tell us time.What is it
Ss: It’s a clock.
Step 3： 出示学习目标
Ask student to read them together.
Step 4： 出示课件
T: Look! What time is it 教师反复提问，并出示相应的句型板书，让学生跟读，逐渐刺激学生使他们明白这一问句的意思,
Ss：It’s one/two/three o’clock. (教师及时出示此句型板书，反复强调o’clock并领读。
Do more exercise
Step 5： Practice(多种形式）
A: What time is it
B: It’s 6 o’clock. It’s time for dinner/breakfast.
Step 6：大屏幕上出示Part A Let’s learn画面
教师用英语描述的约翰一天 ，从而引出music class. P.E.class. English class. breakfast. lunch. Dinner，来学习It’s time for…句型(多种形式练习）。
Step 7 ：教师领读 ，之后学生操练
T：What time is it
S：It’s 2 o’clock. It’s time for music class.
Step 8： Four students in a group,take out your clock Let’s practice！
(四人一组，拿出钟面，开始练习）
Step 9： Let students finish John’s timetable
Step 10： Do some exercises! (导学达标）
