用法一：
表示过去某一时间点或某段时间内正在进行的状态或动作。

现在进行时和过去进行时都用doing形式”表示（持续）进行的状态或动作。

由现在变过去，is变成was,但raining不变，都表示雨一直下，是进行的状态，所以要用现在分词。
