Ⅰ.Analysis of the student. (学生分析)
Homework check.
Review: In lesson 9, we learned gardening with Mary, and it was different from our life, and we knew that gardening is a very enjoyable hobby.
Review the grammar: word building.
Ⅱ.Lead in. (引入)
1.Greet the students in English and make sure they can response correctly.
Do the duty report: a student on duty can say whatever he/she likes to say.

Ⅲ.New lesson. (新课)
1.Prepare lessons before class.
Teach the new words and phrases. Make sure the students can read it correctly.
2.Text: Give them some time to read the text themselves. Then let them act out the dialogue in groups. Correct their pronunciation when necessary.
At last, the teacher explains the text in Chinese. Make sure the students can understand the meaning of text.
3.Hands-on Activity.
(1)Plant your own seed in a pot. Just follow these steps.
(2)Dig a small hole. Put the seed in it.
(3)Cover your seed with soil.
(4)Water your seed every day. It can't water itself.
(5)Put it in the sun. Plants need sunshine.
Soon, your seed will grow roots and a stem. Then it will grow a leaf and then another leaf. Your seed will grow into a plant.
