答案选C。kind of为固定短语，相当于程度副词，作状语时意为“有几分”，用来修饰形容词，相当于a little或a bit等。
kind作名词时意为“种类”。常用结构：一种a kind of；各种各样的all kinds of。kind作形容词时，意为“友善的，善良的”。
