7B Unit 7 Abilities Study skills教学设计
一、设计思路
教学中新授单词很多,而且很多都是三会和两会单词,不易上口。所以教师应该多借助图片,让学生有直观的了解。同时让学生根据关键词﹑上下文和现有的知识猜测文章大意,再学习重点词汇,然后引导学生逐步读懂﹑理解文章,并设置一定的语言环境让学生去理解运用。
二、教学目标
1.能力目标
能利用图书馆来查找需要的信息
2.情感目标
能按照不同的主题将图书分类。
三、教学重难点
1.能利用图书馆来查找需要的信息。

四、教学准备
1.教师在课前熟悉本单元和本课时的重难点,处理好本课时和本单元之间的联系,制作
课件。
2.教师在课前准备好多媒体设备。
五、教学方法
本课时运用任务型教学法,采用教授法,演示法,情景教学法,谈话法和循序渐进的原则进行教学,激发学生的创造性,让学生在小组合作探究过程中发现问题的答案。

七、教学过程

If you want to learn more about favourite subject, what can you do
T: Books are like good teachers .In the library, there are many teachers. They can tell us what we want to know. Today we will learn how to find the book we want quickly and correctly.
Step 3 Presentation
1. Ask the students to read the points on Page 89 carefully.
Ask the students to answer:
What kind of books do you want
T: Books are organized according to topics. Books about similar topics are put into the same area.
2. Let the students know how to look for information in a library and find the book they want.
3. You can find your favourite authors according to their surnames. For example, novels are arranged in alphabetical order according to the author’ surnames.
4. If you have any questions, you can ask librarians to help you.
Step 4 Practice
1. Ask the students to answer some questions to check if the students have known the points what we have learned today.
2. Introduce the eight books to the students.
3. Finish the exercise on Page 89.
4. Give some more books to the students and practice.
Step 5 Activities
1. Arrange the students to do some activities.
Ask the students to look for a book named Gone with the Wind (Margaret Mitchell).
Ask the students to find one or two books according to the following information and make notes about the books.
I want to look for a book about American history.
I am interested in American country music.
My English grammar is poor, Which book is right for me
2. Work in groups of four and discuss how to find the books we need in the library. …

八、教学反思
本节课时的学习中,教师根据教材的设计特点,充分发挥教师在本课中指导者和促进者的作用,通过“导入”的形式来Which is your favourite subject Why ,使学生在整个课文学习中始终处于积极主动地状态,激发和保持学生对阅读的浓厚的兴趣。本节课首先复习前一课时所学的内容,引出本节课的话题:Library.本节课的重点在让学生读懂并理解课文内容,获取相关信息。然后让学生根据关键词﹑图片﹑上下文和现有的知识猜测文章大意。其次,运用不同的问题,训练学生的对图书馆的认识,培养学生怎样在图书馆查阅书籍。默读课文培养学生的自主学习能力,培养学生的语感。小组讨论让学生在实际的语言环境中去运用所学知识,让学生明白书也是老师,达到对学生的情感教育的目标。本节课重在加强让学生很好的了解图书馆和如何在图书馆查找书籍的指导,发展学生自主学习和合作学习的能力,培养学生的自学能力和语言运用能力,突出学生在学习过程中的主体地位,切实调动和发挥了学生的学习积极性和主动性,有效地指导学习者获得学习上的成功,实现了教育过程的三维目标。
在本次课时的教学中存在的问题和困惑:1.部分学生跟不上,主要是生词太多。2.书的类别分类,学生分不清楚。
