【概 述】
本课是PEP教材三年级下册Unit 3 My school calendar本单元共6课时，本课是第5课时，
【设计理念】
以言语交际为中心，借助现代信息技术，努力为学生创设理想的英语学习环境,渗透任务型教学,能让学生把所学的内容联系实际，在生活中运用,提供丰富的网络资源，倡导体验、实践、参与、交流与合作的学习方式。
【教学目标】
1.能听、说、认、读单词“favourite”及短语“the Great Wall”。
2. 能在日常英语口语交际中灵活运用句型：“When is … It’s in … ”来询问和回答某一活动的日期。?
3.能完成“Let’s try”部分的听力任务。?
4.培养学生的感恩之情。
【教学重点和难点】
教学重点：能够简单地用“I’ll … ”“We’ll … ”来表述将会进行的活动。
教学难点：培养学生感恩之情。

本课时进一步巩固复习如何询问和回答某一活动或节日所在的日期，即：“When is … It’s in … ”，同时要求学生能描述出所在月份能进行的活动，即运用“I’ll … ”。巩固复习内容较多，包括月份单词以及活动、节日短语，对学生要求较高，要反复强化训练。
