学习目标 1.在基本会说January, February, March, April, May, June的基础上，学习音节划分的方法能够听、说、读、写六个单词。学生能够在情景中运用句型When is … It’s in …询问并回答问题。学生通过教师的引导，在熟练掌握词汇和句型的基础上，能够根据实际情况判断句子的正误并作相应的修改，完成Read and say练习。
重点 听、说、读、写单词January, February, March, April, May, June和熟练使用句型When is … It’s in …，询问并回答有关活动举行的月份。
难点 能够正确认读、拼写6个月份的单词。

导入新课 Let’s review: play a game利用吹风车游戏，每呈现一个单词学生快速读出。观看动画，激趣导入仔细观看小动画音乐the months of a year，激发学生兴趣。Lead-in呈现日历图片介绍：Hi! This is my calendar! 1.Sing the song together.3.Free talk 动画短片的引入，不仅营造了一个轻松、愉快的学习氛围，同时也是对已学知识的复习和巩固。
讲授新课 1. 教学Let’s learn中的新单词(1) 教师呈现图片然后介绍：In January, the winter vacation begins. We get together on New Year’s Day. We’re happy.接下来学习新单词January（Jan.）并且问答操练When is New Year’s Day It’s in January.(2) 用同样的方式教读其他的新词：February, March, April, May, June注意月份缩写Listen and imitate. 听录音看文本跟读单词，注意语音语调。 Learn the new words with the help of pictures.Watch the video and listen and follow to read. 完成对本课时重点知识点的讲解，讲解中增强与学生的互动，步步深入，使学生在课堂上对所学知识点有深刻印象。用录音进行课文的示范朗读，是培养学生良好的朗读习惯的关键，同时也能为学生的朗读树立榜样。
趣味操练 Read in groupsPlay a game:过目不忘Ask and answer：When is the ... It’s in ...Read and say Let’s memorizeAsk and answer 通过设计各种不同类型的游戏让学生真正的掌握知识并学以致用。从听说读写四个方面提高学生的综合语言应用能力。
