教学重难点 1. 教学重点:能用比较级的句式来谈论事物;2. 教学难点:理解英语中倍数的表达法。
教学过程 Step 1 Lead-in Show some new words to Ss, such as weigh, at birth and so on.Introduce something about the pandas to make Ss be interested in pandas.Step 2 Warming-up 1.Look at the pictures, ask Ss some questions. Do you know these animals What do you know about them 1) Elephant: 350 cm tall / weigh 5,000kilos/ eat 150 kilos of food a day2) Panda : 150cm tall / weigh 100 kilos / eat 10 kilos of food a day Compare facts about these two animals. Use the language in the box to help you make sentences.Discuss in pare the panda and the elephant.Do 1a.
