Ⅰ．Daily greetings
T: Hello, everyone. How are you today
S: I'm fine. And you
T: Me, too. Nice to meet you.
S: Nice to meet you, too.
Ⅱ．Show "Studying aims"(出示"学习目标")
1．Practice(练习) listening(听力) and correct(纠正) pronunciation(发音).
2．Understand the meaning of the dialogue.
3．Recite(记忆) some important sentences and phrases(短语)
Ⅲ．Read and recite these words within 5minutes.
1．Teach and read the new words of L 26.
2．Ask the students to recite the new words by themselves.
3．Check the new words each other.
Ⅳ．Listen to the audiotape carefully and finish the following exercise.
1．First, show the exercise
（1）What is Alicia's good news
（2）How does Ms. Bell help Alicia with her English
（3）What did Alicia win
（4）How long will Alicia stay in Canada
2．Then, let the students listen to the audiotape with the questions.
3．Check the answers one by one.
Ⅴ．Reading and asking about the dialogue.
1．Read and translate this dialogue within 2 and underline the words or sentences that you don't know.
2．Some poor students show some Teaching Difficult Points that they can't understand, and the other students explain them. If all the students can't understand the sentence and the teacher will give some explanations in class.

1．Practice the dialogue in groups, and let's have a match to see who can read best!
2．Ask some groups to act the dialogue in class.

他会说俄语. He can speak Russian.
3．I am so proud of you.我如此为你骄傲.
（1）proud adj. 自豪的 pride n. prize n.
（2）be proud of…以…为自豪/高兴=take pride in…
他非常高兴,非常骄傲. He was happy and proud.
他们为他们聪明的孩子感到自豪. They are proud of their clever children = they take pride in their clever children.
