Main and difficult points 1. The words: zoo, park, the Great Wall, trip.2. The sentences: School is out in two days. Would you like to take a trip Where shall we go I want to go to the Great Wall. Shall we go to Beijing Zoo and Theme Park

Teaching procedures The intention of designing
Step 1. Warm up. 2’Organize the students to sing an English song. Arouse their interesting to learn English. The students will sing together when they watch the cartoons.Step 2. Presentation. 9’1. Communicate with the students and teach the word: trip.2. Watch a video and ask the students to talk about the places that they have seen. Then learn the words: zoo, park, the Great Wall.3. Learn the sentences: Would you like to take a trip Certainly.4. Point to a calendar and learn the sentences: School is out in two days. Hooray!Step 3. Learn the new dialogue. 17’1. Watch a cartoon and repeat the sentences, then practise the dialogue in groups.2. Sing the song : Let’s take a trip.3. Learn the sentences: Where shall we go Any ideas I want to go to the Great Wall. Then ask the students to talk about the places they want to go.4. Ask the students to talk about some other places like Hong Kong and Tibet.5. Learn the sentences: Shall we go to Beijing Zoo and Theme Park 6. Watch the second part of the dialogue, repeat and practise in groups.7. Watch the Whole dialogue, repeat and read it.Step 4. Say a chant. 3’Say a chant with the teacher.Step 5. Listening. 3’1. Listen to a dialogue and choose the correct answers. 2. Check the answers.Step 6. Production. 6’ Watch a video and ask the students to make some new dialogues and perform them in the class. 营造良好的英语学习氛围,拉近师生间的情感距离,消除学生的紧张情绪,为投入本课的学习创造积极的条件。通过使用实物、图片、录像等媒体为学生创设真实的语言情境,顺势引入新课。实现了由整体感知到个性发展的过程,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象能力。以清明放假即将出外旅游为主线,通过录像引入新课对话,并根据情境适时插入英语歌曲,调动学生的积极性。以谈论旅游地点为为背景,拓展学生的知识面。最后整体感知,通过多种途径进行强化。不仅可以使学生对教材有一个整体的认识,又可以加深对所学语言点的理解与记忆,同时又能活跃课堂气氛。紧扣本课主题,聆听一个较长对话,提高学生的听力水平和观察能力,在汇报的过程中也加强了对学生的口语训练。学以致用,完成了对所学知识的意义建构,实现了英语语言综合运用能力的培养。
