教材 分析 本模块以人物生平为话题,阅读课文为传记文体,Unit1的主要内容为Betty和Tony的对话,由Tony 正在阅读的Tom Sawyer 引出美国作家马克吐温的生活经历。这段对话讨论了马克吐温在不同时间节点的经历,很自然地导入了有关时间表述和过去时的用法。
学情 分析 学生对人物生平,尤其是熟读的文学作品的作者生平兴趣很高;对时间表达的流畅度还有待提高;在听和阅读的过程中,克服生词障碍、猜测词义的能力还有待提高。
教学 目标 通过本课时教学,让学生能够; 1. 在语境中理解并认读下列词汇:writer, find out, real, newspaper, exact, date,become,in the 1860s,听辨并准确说出十二个月份及常见节日的表达; 2. 通过听对话,听出并正确读出常见不规则动词的过去式; 3. 通过听关于人物生平的对话,了解大意并记录关键信息; 4. 通过阅读对话,获取细节信息并借助提示简述对话内容。
