二、写作方法
“3W法”写日常作息习惯
Who——即活动人物
介绍自己日常活动时用I，介绍他人活动时用第三人称 he/she。
When——即活动时间
What——即活动内容
写作时，When和What分层描述，按时间顺序将活动一一列出。某些活动中应适当加入一些对活动的评价。

Hello, I'm Tina! I am a student from No.8 Middle School.
I always get up at six in the morning. I like to get up early and then I listen to English on the radio for half an hour. After that, I brush my teeth and eat breakfast. I usually go to school with my brother at seven o'clock. At twelve, I eat lunch at school. I always eat fruit and vegetables because they are good for my health.
After lunch, I sometimes play ping -pong with my classmates. I think it's interesting so I want to join the sports club. At about five twenty, I go home.
