难点分析 从知识角度分析为什么难 学习情态动词“can”的用法,谈论自己及他人具备的特长和爱好;学生在掌握新单词的基础上,能熟知新短语,会运用新句型,练习口语能力,为以后的英语学习奠定基础。
从学生角度分析为什么难 七年级的学生正处于英语学习兴趣培养和学习习惯养成阶段,他们喜欢寓教于乐,不喜欢填鸭式教学;而且注意力比较容易分散,需要设置新颖多样的课堂活动吸引学生注意力。
难点教学方法 1.任务型教学法:设置不同任务,学生独立思考,积极参与,养成良好习惯。 2.情景交际法:创设语言情境,让学生在真实的语言情境中交流表达、运用和巩固知识点。 3.合作探究法:开展小组合作,同桌对话等活动,让学生“在学中做,在做中学”。 4.归纳法:通过所学知识,学生自己归纳总结规律,教师加以指导,利于加深记忆。 5.直观演示法:播放视频,直观感受任务语言,调动学生积极性。
教学环节 教学过程
导入 (Warm-up) (1) Daily greetings to the students. (2) Play a video, find out the verbs in this video. T: Before our class, let’s enjoy a song, you need find out the verbs in this song and try to remember them. T: How many verbs did you remember Yes, fly, dance, sing, swim etc. So, can you know other verbs in this period (设计意图:以迪士尼动画片视频导入新课,贴近学生生活,引起学生兴趣,让学生更加直观的了解课文内容,轻松进入课堂)
知识讲解 (Presentation) Ⅰ. Teach modal verb“can” (1)Show the pictures,let students say the new words, ask students to read the new words and make sure that everyone can understand the meanings of the words and read them correctly. Then use the words to make sentences according to tips. (设计意图:图片教学法是呈现新知识最简单有效的方法之一,学生通过图片,能更容易的理解新单词的含义。) T: Look at some pictures, then you can read the new words three times and make sentences according to the tips. (2)To sum up the positive form and negative form of can by making the sentence just now. (3)Pair-work. According to the pictures given, use "can" and "can't" to talk to each other. (4)Invite some students to present their conversation for the class. And the teacher gives an appropriate evaluation. (设计意图:让学生自己总结规律,可以更好的激起对所学知识的回顾,从而巩固知识;尽量让学生张口说,反复读,通过学生之间的互相交流,培养学生的口语交际能力和沟通能力。) Ⅱ. General question of “can” (1)Ask the students to say the words represented by the pictures. (2)Complete the general questions and affirmative and negative answers of can according to the sentence tips. (3)Students summarize the form of general question of “can”and its affirmative and negative answers. (4)Pair work A: Can you... B:Yes, I can. / No, I can't. T:Pair work with your partner. You can use the sentences we just learned. I’ll give you an example. A: I can’t draw. Can you draw, Anna B: Yes, I can. (5) Invite some pairs to present their conversation, teacher gives an appropriate evaluation. (设计意图:必要的机械操练必不可少,学生要先从模仿到初步掌握,最后才能熟练应用。教师与一名优秀学生给出范例对话,学生小组合作练习对话,能够进一步提升学生的口语交际和沟通能力。)
课堂练习 (Practice) (1)Group work T: There's a survey, you can ask your group members and fill in the chart, then write a short report. Eg: In my group, I can draw, but I can't swim. Tony can sing and dance, but he can't play the guitar. (设计意图:通过调查的方式,使学生积极主动投入到学习语言的实践中去,在实践中提高语言的综合运用能力,从而掌握好本课的重点句型;同时通过小组合作探究,培养学生整理信息能力,运用所学句型互相询问对方所具备的能力,增进同学之间的了解。同时,意识到自己的不足之处。) (2)Exercises Do some exercises to check if the students have mastered the key language points what they’ve learned in the lesson. ①将单词与音标进行配对。 ②选择适当的单词完成句子。 (设计意图:练习是为了检测学生是否掌握本课所学新单词,是否能理解句意并根据所学知识点补全句子。利用迪士尼皮肤制作习题,增加趣味性,提高学生的积极性和主动性)
小结、作业 (Summary& Homework) (1)Summarize what they have learned in today's class. T: In this class,we learned some new words and phrases such as sing,swim,dance,draw,play chess and speak English. And we also learned how to use “can” and how to make questions with “can”and how to answer the questions. ①肯定句:主+can+V原; ②否定句:主+can’t+V原; ③一般疑问句: Can+主+V原 肯定回答:主+can 否定回答:主+can’t (设计意图:总结重点单词,句型和语言知识点,使学生更好地掌握和归纳本节课语言知识,同时学生在总结的同时自我检测,从而达到巩固效果。) Homework ① Oral homework : Read and recite the words, phrases and sentences in today's class ② Written homework: Write a short report about what you and your friend can do. (设计意图:作业分为口头和书面,口头作业锻炼学生的阅读和口语交际能力,书面作业是完成在课堂中小组合作的小短文,锻炼学生的语言组织力和书写能力。)
