Use the notes you made in 2c to write a short summary of the passage. Write no more than 100 words.
My favorite singer is Garth Brooks who was born on February 7,1962. He is one of the most successful country music musicians in the United States.
Garth is talented in music and he is quite hard-working. He first became famous in 1989 bceause his first record came out that year. It was a great success. And Much Too Young is the most famous. When I listened to it five years ago, I fell in love with it. Ever since then, I have been a fan of Garth. His music is about belonging to a group. It reminds us that the best things in life are free—laughter, friends, family and the beauty of nature. His music makes me feel relaxed. So I have introduced Garth to my friends. We always share his songs together in our free time.
Garth has sold more than 120 million records. We hope to see him sing live one day.
