be动词的单复数形式要跟there be之后的第一个主语保持一致，如果第一个主语是单数或不可数名词用is，如果第一个主语是复数用are。

There be与have/has的区别
there be，表示“某地有某物/人”，指客观存在。 There is a desk in the classroom.
have/has, 多表示“某人有某物”，强调 “拥有，占有” 。指从属关系。
I have a pen . He has two pencils.
都译为“有”，但不能同时用。

There be句型的用法口诀
There be有特点，主语放在be后面，
单数主语用is ， 复数主语要用are。
变否定很简单， be后要把not添。
变疑问也不难， 把be提到there前。
否定疑问any换， 就近原则多多练。
反义疑问看清be, 千变万变there不变。
